Wayfinding System Design

Liverpool is one of Mexico’s largest department store chains, offering fashion, lifestyle products, and services to families across the country. With hundreds of daily visitors, ensuring a seamless in-store experience was key.

To enhance navigation, we developed a wayfinding system designed around customer behavior and movement patterns. By analyzing common routes and key touchpoints, we created clear, intuitive signage that helps shoppers find exactly what they need—turning every visit into a smoother, more enjoyable experience.

To further elevate the customer journey in flagship locations, two additional elements were designed to enhance navigation and improve the shopping experience:

Section Indicator – Positioned at the end of aisles, these illuminated signs clearly identify each section, making it easier for customers to find what they need.

Brand Directory – Placed on primary columns, this guide highlights the brands available in each section. The colors adapt to different areas, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive visual system.
